A neighbor used them to build their pool, and then they built our pool, and we've used them for openings and closings since. We use their pool cover. My favorite thing is the finished project. In the past, they emailed the bill, and I didn't see it. They adjusted it to add payment on file, which is great so I don't miss an invoice. I liked that they were proactive in that process. I heard about Anthony & Sylvan because I have a contract with them. Yes, I have used them for other pool services. I spoke with Dorothy Campbell last fall. She was very helpful. She was in a managerial position. We don't use the pool service team.
