Austin did a great job of explaining what was needed to fix our garage door, what could be done and what couldn’t, (we have no power in our garage). Once completed, he stayed even later to make adjustments so that the door didn’t make clicking noises as it was raised. I was amazed at the work he did on a door that was way out of alignment!

My garage door is a little banged up but thanks to Anytime Garage Door, my door is now more functional & noise free than it’s been in the last 7 years. He added a third strut bar. I wished I had called them sooner. Awesome Job!!!
Great work. The technician was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He explained what he was doing and finished his work in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. The company also worked with me on the price. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

I understand how staff does not show up for work sometimes. You called me at the end of my two hour window telling me I would not have a service person in your originally communicated time. We rescheduled and the same thing happened again. If you don’t have staff, don’t take the job request, please.
My experience was not great. The customer service is awful. It took a week of rescheduling because everyday they scheduled the tech “ not finished with another job” . When he finally came the communication between the tech and office was comical. Neither knew what the other was supposed to be doing . The tech himself did a good job for the most just again the communication of an 1 hour job ended up being 5 hours later .
