Just the worst customer experience ever! I went in Thumbtack on Friday to find a company to replace my garage door panels due to hail damage. I received a message that said they could be at my house between 1-4PM. I accepted. At ten to four I received a message on Thumbtack to reschedule for Tuesday 8-12PM.
