Very Professional We lived at Waterford for a year and had no complaints. The management and staff were very professional. The grounds and amenities are kept spotless. When we looked at the unit we were going to rent it smelled badly from the dogs which the previous tenants owned. We told the leasing agent my wife had bad allergies and we were very concerned. If you're a good tenant this place is great! I have lived in a variety of units here at Waterford for going on 3 years now and am about to move into a Townhouse. The girls that work in the office are lovely and we always have a great experience when we have to go in. Maintenance has always been prompt the very few times we've needed them. And if you take care of your apartment (regular cleaning) and properly clean when you move out you will have no issues getting your deposit back.
