First off the property manager Pat is a see you next tuesday, and the maintenance supervisor is a joke a just walks around all day so nothing gets done when I called the leasing office. My wife and I have lived in Kings Arms for 3 years and it has been one of the worst apartment experience of my life. We only stay because we are limited in areas to move. I would not stay here by choice that's for sure. Walls are paper thin, maintence takes forever to fix things and when they do it's half-a**. The rent has also jumped a good bit every year. The office staff is not pleasant to deal with and made multiple errors in the lease paperwork. Maintenance is shoddy. As an example, who would expect to move into an apartment and find a door knob to the bathroom that locks from the outside. That kind of attention to detail was just one of the many things wrong. If you are on a bottom floor expect to be able to hear all the footsteps above you....
I live in a one bedroom lower level in Kings Arms. Plain and simple- It is a horrible place to live. Honestly just don't do it. It's cheap for a reason. It has been a nightmare living here and I'm losing my sanity. I'm an idiot of signing a 12 month lease. I will update again once I move out!

There really not much more to say. Everyone has already said it. First moved in 5 years ago and it was a great community......then the new property manager came along and everything is going down the drain. A real piece of work!
