Steve came and replaced the bottom sash of my window yesterday. He has been out several times over the years and is ALWAYS prompt, courteous , and efficient. I especially love it that he always wears his shoe covers, as We dont wear shoes in our house. This time when he came he made an extra effort to come early because of an emergency situation that I had to take care of. If your rating system went higher I would give a ten!??

It was great working with APCO on my window replacement. One of my windows was blown out by high winds. The salesman helped me word my insurance request so that it was clear that both windows in the room needed to be replaced since they were both seen from a front view of the home. My insurance company agreed and covered the cost of both windows. He also made sure that I was aware of the timing to receive the windows and get on the installation schedule. We hired APCO to do remaining siding needs on my Mother's house and we could not be more please with the end result. There were a couple bumps in the final completion process, but APCO was so courteous and accommodating to resolve those final issues and even came out to fully finalize the remaining repairs on a rainy day.

Although the wrong door was ordered by the very personable salesperson such that we had to wait longer than expected, the office liaison and installer were great. The door looks good and the installer was knowledgeable and nice.
