We had extremely positive experience with APCO and would strongly recommend their services and window products. We had multiple windows replaced in our home that was built in 1911. We had APCO side our house. We are very pleased with the final product. The only issue we had with the process was the lack of communication from APCO. It took longer to start the job than we thought. Once the job was started it took longer to complete than we expected. There were days where the installation crew failed to show up. We had very little contact from APCO to us. We were the ones that had to initiate the communication to see what was going on. All of the people we dealt with were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. I can’t say enough good things about them from beginning to end. All of the men who put in our doors and windows were nice and very competent and took great pride in their work. They did an excellent job and left the work area clean when they were done. I am an extremely fussy person and I couldn’t have been more pleased when our project was completed. We would definitely contact them first the next time we have a similar project.

We are so glad we chose APCO to replace our gutters. We are very satisfied with the new gutters. The installers were very professional and courteous. They worked carefully to make sure the gutters were hung properly and cut one specially to fit around a shutter. A few days after the gutters were installed there were several days of heavy rain. The gutters were put to the test and worked perfectly.

It was a pleasure to do business with APCO. I had them replace the storm windows on our home and was interested in their ProVia window line, which is Amish designed and manufactured, but not upscale in price. The sales person, the man sent to measure our windows, and the installer were friendly, knowledgeable, committed to customer satisfaction and well-represented their company which is privately owned.
