Update: Unfortunately, the installation process did not go as smoothly as the sales process. This is a classic case of over-promising and under-delivering. The installers came on 5/1/2024 to replace our windows, but they noticed that one of our large windows was broken. They said they would order a new one. Additionally, the front door handle they installed is incorrect, and we don't even have keys for it. RecommendedWe just had Apex windows installed and boy do we love them!!! Our house stays quieter from traffic noise and the crazy Roxborough wind noice is So much better!! RecommendedWe have only had the windows in for about a week and they are fantastic. We have not placed the window coverings back up cause we enjoy the look so much. I can already tell the difference in energy efficiencies as I have direct sun light and the room maintains temp.
