RecommendedOur windows have been install for about a month now and we are really happy with them. The temperature difference inside from our old windows is amazing. The company was great throughout the process and the crew that installed the windows was professional, friendly and incredibly efficient (installed 21 windows and a sliding glass door in less than 8 hours). Only complaint is the communication following the installation regarding some minor issues. Nevertheless I recommend Apex and their windows.

An APEX rep came to our door, they were low pressure and my husband and I felt good about what they had to offer. We proceeded to have them replace all the windows in our home. As soon as they were installed we noticed the difference. Our home is quieter, and our furnace isn't running as much. Our rep LeAnna, and our installer Alex and his team were very professional and took good care of us. We interviewed several companies and are very glad we went with APEX.
We had all of our windows replaced this summer and could not be happier with the product, the installation, and the care every person involved showed our family. I completely recommend this company to anyone looking to make an improvement in their home.
Amazing company! Amazing product! We had all of our windows replaced just in time for the snow storm. You would never know it was only 5 degrees outside. From the amazing customer service of our sales rep Jeff to the super professional installers that put our windows in this company is hands down top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product that is decently priced and a company that is easy to work with!!!

Update: Unfortunately, the installation process did not go as smoothly as the sales process. This is a classic case of over-promising and under-delivering. The installers came on 5/1/2024 to replace our windows, but they noticed that one of our large windows was broken. They said they would order a new one. Additionally, the front door handle they installed is incorrect, and we don't even have keys for it. Came to my door and woke my napping children when I clearly have a no soliciting sign. Then proceeded to hassle my wife to get a email address or appointment while I was at work. Told them I was not interested and not to call again. They had some lady call my wife 1 week after telling them "DO NOT CALL" "NOT INTERESTED". Next step is reporting this company to the BBB as well as the local news company for extremely poor business ethics and harassing potential customers.
