Recommended2 days ago we had 8 windows (the worst ones) replaced with Apex windows and I can’t believe the difference! It’s really cold out for this time of year and yet I feel warmer in our house with the heat set at a lower temperature! I keep walking by them to see if I can feel any cold air like I did with my old ones. 😂 But nope! And I can open my curtains again instead of using them as a shield to the cold! We had our windows done by Apex Energy Solutions and the entire process has been wonderful. The staff has been courteous, professional, and extremely communicative since the beginning of the process. The selection process was easy, the installation was quick and easy, and the follow up from the staff has been much appreciated. We love the windows themselves, which make it feel like we're living in a whole new house! We would highly recommend them!
RecommendedApex Energy Solutions crew just installed 11 of 13 windows. Two of the windows were the wrong size. James and his crew were amazing. They were very professional, quick, and kept us informed of any issues, potential issues as timely as possible. They worked hard and quick. They took care to clean up everything. Meticulous. Scott, thank you for your comments. The details you are stating are just not accurate. While we are not perfect and yes there were two measurements that came in slightly off and we were unable to install initially we did get them reordered and back in as quickly as we could. After we did get the windows back in we made multiple attempts to get them reinstalled and you told us you did not want the windows installed anymore.
