The reason for my complaint about APEX Energy Solutions is due to their failure to complete their commitment regarding the installation of the Provia door I purchased through them. I will say upfront that the workers are congenial, polite, and responsive; however, the company has procedures in place that leads to dishonest business practices. I wish I could say the same thing. But the service is horrible. I love the windows. They installed most of my windows in July 2022 but broke one and one was missing off the order. Turns out 2 more windows didn’t get included on the original the order. So fast forward to April 2023 and I’m still getting the run around. They’ve told me my order has shipped on numerous occasions then that the manufacturer is going to handle my install. I just wish they would finish my job. RecommendedMy home is about 32 years old and in serious need of a window refresh, so I looked at the various options available from large national brands and various local options. The Insignia Triple Pane windows from Apex best met my needs and my budget. My house is moderately large and required 26 windows (out of 33), which I ordered in late September. RecommendedApex has been wonderful... we got our windows about two years ago, and everything went awesome... unfortunately a rock hit one of the windows, and cracked it. In a matter of a week, we called and Devin Hobbs was out to replace it! He was extremely friendly, and super fast!! I’ll always recommend this fantastic company!!
