Had an emergency and was told the Doctor was too busy. Was told to come back 5 1/2 hours later for an “emergency” visit. Took my dog to a vet in Morristown (who we have never been to, but they got him in as soon as we arrived) where he soon passed.
did not do a fecal test when I originally took my dog. So they missed her having 3 types of worms. I was told she just has "gastro issues". things got bad again this weekend so I called Monday! sent email video and pictures asked them to show another vet even if my vet wasn't there so I knew if I needed to take her in ASAP. nobody ever called back as they said they would. when I called this morning and told them I wasn't satisfied with how yesterday went I was put on hold just for her to come back and tell me " she said she ... read more

It must have been a miscommunication that you wanted a response the same day from a different doctor. It takes a long time to get an appointment for surgery. first date available was 6 weeks out. My dog has cancer and the tumor is growing. this would be his 4th surgery. Very expensive. Argued with me about price changes before I even get there.

I had a cat I rescued from a local store that was pregnant and they helped me when I was bringing in a whole litter of kittens who has eye infections and they did help. these people have the nerve to say a pet should stay there and get put down..that u can't bring your pet home to spend the last days or hours with him or her. when they refused to help your beloved pet before they got worse because of money..bit putting them to death is ok.. you people make me sick..and I guarantee you or noone else would stop me from taking my baby home. vets today are in such a hurry to sentence a pet to death..or refuse to help..and when u refuse to kill your animal on the spot they call that cruel..you ... read more
