one thing you should understand before you go in here. they are a business. if you have bad credit and little money, kiss your friend goodbye. I took my beloved cat in there last week after spending over 1000 dollars at another vet that neglected him. doctor said it would be around 2 grand to fix him. I only had 600 dollars and she stated they don't do payment plans. only other option i had was to put my kitty down which was hard to swallow considering he could've been saved. the vet techs and doctors kept joking , its Monda... read more

Staff was very rude to my daughter and their demeanor towards her and her furbaby was was unneccessary. I understand that we have a bad day every once in a while. However, that is no excuse to take things out on the patient or their owner. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with entire staff.

Your Medication prices are insane, $30 more than Chewy and you refuse to work with Chewy, forcing us to get Prescriptions and use mail. That is a ripoff. The least you can do is be close to Chewy prices.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for my first choice of vet care around here unless you are desperate and don’t have a choice. I haven’t gone here for a long time and didn’t have a choice and had to run in today. I remembered why I never come here anymore. I really liked the office lady she was kind, I can’t speak about all the workers there but the two I had to deal with today, I was very disappointed in. The worst one I had to deal with needs to take some handling classes and learn how to actually handle a dog and learn som... read more

For starters they don't know how to clip a dog's nails evenly and trim all of them.. some were left long while others were cut short.. They charge more for the same dog they have been clipping for a year now and think it's ok.. The owners wife has never been there while you are going once a month every month and decides she is gonna tell you that your dog is too big to bring through the office and that you must use the back door from now on.. what veterinary office makes you use the back door because you have a great dane?? ... read more

Our fur baby has been a patient for the last 3 years. Until today she has seen Dr. LeMaster, who is amazing and very caring. Unfortunately, today our furbaby visted with Dr. Ashley Gann. We would not recommend Dr. Gann to anyone. We have NEVER experienced a vet who seperates family from their pet during a visit. The original reason given for separation was to weigh her... HOWEVER, we were not allowed to go with her to be weighed, we were not present during her exam or anything...then we find out our fur baby was muzzled d... read more

Business response:

Thank you for expressing your concerns about Lady’s recent visit. After reading your review, I had a very pleasant phone conversation with your husband (who is the one who brought Lady in). I cannot discuss details of our conversation in a public forum, but at the end of our talk, I believe we both have a much better understanding of the situation, from all perspectives. We absolutely don’t want to see any of our patients upset or distressed, but we also must always error on caution to ensure a safe environment for our ... read more

I don't even know where to begin... I called in today with a simple question about having my pet groomed. I take good care of my pets, they are family members, but my tomcat is particularly furry, I normally brush him daily. I was out of town for 10 days and forgot to ask my cat sitter to brush him regularly. As i said he is particularly furry and during this short time developed mats in his fur. Since I have never had to deal with this before I, of course, called my vet with this question. I was told that the in house groom... read more

Business response:

Vivian, I am sorry that we were unable to assist you to your satisfaction yesterday. We did our best to answer all of your questions and explain what was necessary to provide the services you’d requested. You made it clear that none of our answers were satisfactory to you. None the less, we would have been happy to schedule your cat for an appointment, if you had chosen to do so.

I have been a customer for 3 yrs all 3 of my pets are patients. When I call to ask questions concerning my pets care I expect a friendly knowledgeable conversation. This did not happen today, when we asked to be contacted for some clarification we were met with a snarky attitude and condescending remarks from Darcey the manager. I have never had issue with the treatment of my pets or the care they receive but can not tolerate an attitude when dealing with matters concerning my pets they are family, we love them and expect mo... read more

Business response:

Again, I will apologize that we were not able to 100% satisfy your friend Vivian’s request yesterday. We did our best to answer all of her questions and would have been happy to put her cat on the schedule for the services she requested. Unfortunately, after several of us spoke to her, she was still unsatisfied with our answers and decided that she did not want to bring her cat in for the services.
