The wait time was too long to get attended to by the orthodontist . We’re there for over two hours waiting before my son was seen that’s too long
I really hoped they would pull out my two broken teeth after waiting since 11/3 I was approved for cherry and had insurance but I was asked to be charge 250 4 times a month with automatic withdrawal off my bank card The first visit I was told my teeth would fall out if I received braces for an open bite I wish they would of atleast gave medicine and antibiotics for the cavities they counted
We will never ever come back this fucking place.
Not happy with my visit
Bad Vietnamese Assistance( her mane is Nicky) , bad Chinese Doctor. Bad attitudes, bad ethical . They fired customers, They are not welcome customers. I will not come back this facility, and let my friends, my relatives about this bad service.
I had a very horrible experience here today. I came in here for a simple six month cleaning and left with a burning sensation on the corner of my mouth. I had Dr. Rajagopal and the DA Hira. First things first, they didn’t give me the consent forms to sign until after the procedure was over. Second, they collected my payment for the six month cleaning in the middle of treatment AS THE DOCTOR WAS ADMINISTRATING THE PROCEDURE. Long wait time and I am a patient of luxx dental so they didn’t get my records from the other branch!!
I have been scheduled for an appointment 3 times. I leave work to go to the dentist nearly an hour away because I used to live near them. On my way there I get a call saying my doctor is not even scheduled to be there that day. I then have to reschedule for a week later. And then it happens again. So unorganized and not in-the-know of what’s going on when it comes to scheduling appointments.
Staff don’t call you to notify that your Orthodontist won’t be in. I always have issues with front desk staff they never inform you about anything.
