They missed up my teeth and took 1700$ for nothing and waste my 3 months I need back my money or fix will my teeth
They refused to see me because I didn’t have the amount of money they were asking me for
My visits are normally good. Except for today. The First Lady stopped to answer her phone and walked away, so anther guy came and took off what she started because it wasn’t done correctly and he was super rough jerking my teeth.
Time management
Had a bad experience, seems like they are only money hungry, everything they do is based on how much you or the insurance company pay. No one cares about your treatment. I stopped my 2 sons from coming here and we completed treatment in sugarland, it was cheaper and they really cared about the treatment and not how much money the insurance paid. If you care about your treatment and future treatment. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR IT.
Horrible service, front desk is always clueless and rude.
Wait at least 1:45 minutes after appointment time every month for braces for about 2 years s. Front staffs suck. After check in they forget about u and have u sit there for 2 hours. After asking they said the doctor is gone for the day This incident happened 3 months ago. Hispanic secretary with long acrylics nails with design and bright colours is offensive. This is a dentist place and not a fashion show. The water at fountains smell moldy and nasty
Dr ho never introduced himself to us (the parents) he never even talked to us to tell us anything. Worst customer service ever!
