Apple door installed my garage door and opener 2 years ago. Both sales and installation were exceptional. I now have their maintenance package and they come every year and check, adjust and lubricant my door and verify opener working properly etc. and all safety features are operational. They also call to remind you to schedule. Just exceptional service all around! I highly recommend Apple Door Systems.
Apple Door representative was continuously communicating with me regarding my appointment and the timeframe of the installation. The installer did a great job with the installation. The door is insulated, and it looks great and operates well. I will continue to use Apple Door as my premium garage servicer.
They guys were great. They took time to explain what they were doing throughout the process. Went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. I love my new garage door and entry doors they installed. The entire process was extremely easy.
I called for assistance and i had an appointment less than 48 hours later; garage door spring had fractured so needed replacing. Carlos was very informative about the Gold Star Maintenance Service and checked everything out for us. Very professional and friendly service.
I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. Only thing I would recommend is the way the financing portion is conducted. You spend to much time listening to an automated system and making selection before being able to more forward. It was so frustrating I just paid half down and then the rest after the installation. Other than that awesome!
