Short version - John was amazing and I could not recommend him highly enough Long version - We've only gone through the process of buying a home once before and it was several years ago BUT the main thing I remember about it was how arduous and repetitive (and soul crushing) dealing with the lender was and that it almost made me go insane and never want to buy a house again. We found John Abril with Apple Financial Network (AFN) during our first home buying experience. We had been to Widely used lenders, Credit Unions, Big Banks, and smaller lenders. Closing took longer than expected, had to extend 3 times but in the end John was extremely helpful in both helping us to get approved and keeping us in the loop every step of the way.

John Abril is a fantastic loan officer that can be trusted. He worked with me from the beginning of the process to the end of approval of my home loan. John is highly dependable, easy to reach straightforwardness, which is very rear in real estate business, and you can counts on him when questions arises during your loan process. Therefore, in my humble self, he's highly recommended to any one that needs Home Loans either first timer or not, Re-Modification and well as Construction Loans.
