Very thorough, punctual and informative. John tried his best to answer all of my loan and escrow fee questions. Our experience with the sellers realtor and escrow complicated everything. Escrow closing, funding, final docs, turn over of keys and ownership did not go to the best of our/buyers interest. Our entire family and move was impacted and affected. Overall John did the best he could in our circumstance. We look forward to John helping us streamline/refinance ASAP to remove PMI before the value of houses drop.
As a first time buyer the process of purchasing a house can be extremely daunting. John and his team did an amazing job working with my husband and I to help us through the very stressful steps of buying a home.
