pleasant experience from getting scheduled the day after delivery of appliances, updates via phone calls/texts by Jessica & installation of my new dishwasher by Joe who is efficient, professional yet friendly & knowledgeable. he's a hard worker. please send him back to install my new kitchen hood as well. thank you so much for everyone's role for a hassle-free first installation.
