Michael our installer was super pleasant. He noticed our water valve at the street was finicky and recommended we call the water company. He also fixed our drain line properly so it wouldn't back up like before and walked us through the control panel. He also reminded us about registering the appliance warranty. He was friendly, patient, and easy to understand even with the mask on!
