Lack of intergrity and ability. Very glad I got a second opinion and someone more professional that actually was abler to do the install beautifully after Mark claimed it couldn't be done. They shattered the original oven door during their initial measuring and claimed they weren't responsible and that we would have to file a claim with RC Willey's insurance.
