Professional service team who are knowledgeable about water purification & softening systems, and provide timely scheduling & response to service calls.
This company is top notch and does its very best to provide professional, quality customer service! I love my whole house water filtration unit with the water softener. I’ve had it for 11+ years now. I love it and don’t want to ever go without it! Aqua Clear takes great care of us and I give them my highest recommendation!
I was looking for a Kinetico dealer. Was referred to Aquaclear from a dealer in the state from which I moved. Aquaclear was professional, prompt and courteous from beginning to end. Sales person’s presentation was clear and understandable. Installation technician was on time and polite. Had a problem a couple hours after the technician left which was after Aquaclear’s business hours. Called the salesperson’s personal cell phone (he had given us his number to call for anything!) and he answered and took care of it right away!
We had the pleasure of having ****** ****** from Aqua Clear service our whole-house water system as well as our under-sink filter, and he did an outstanding job! ****** was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure both systems were running perfectly before he left. It’s such a relief knowing our water is clean and safe, and we really appreciate the care and thoroughness he put into the service. Highly recommend ****** and Aqua Clear to anyone... read more
Absolutely a great company, didn't try to over sell me, treated our home with respect during installation and we're quick as well.
They did a fantastic job, very professional from sales to install. Thank you!
Professional, friendly, and efficient install. Love our new water system!
*** call the head to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, courteous and took care of the problem promptly. I would give him a 10.
Talked me through the repair and saved me a service call
