On February 2, 2025 **** **** *** ****installed a sulfur stack, water softener, and a reverse osmosis system in our new house in southeast Tennessee, that had terrible sulfur smell from a newly drilled well. Nobody could help us with this issue , we called so many companies with no luck , Aqua Clear took care of it ! ! ! **** *** **** were very professional and polite and answered all our questions and concerns also cleaned up after themselves. I have purchased two systems from Aqua Clear and they are the best! We are in the process of setting up the system in our new home. ****came out today and discussed our ideas and options. He made pictures and a video so the install will be done right. I love Aqua Clear!
This was a warranty call on our new water pump which was cycling on an intermittent basis with no demand on the system. Their tech showed up on time, did a thorough leak check and made some adjustments to our pump settings. Superb customer service delivered with a smile and expertise you can count on!
