Super fast service. I inquired about a system on Friday. The sales rep showed up on Saturday and by end of day Tuesday I had a system installed.
Our tech *** was kind, happy and professional... Explained things that we had not been familiar with updated all of our equipment and went as far as to mark our tank with full and add lines for our salt.So that we did not make an error... We had a water softener and K5 RO Filtration system installed last week. The installation was quick and easy. ***** *** **** did an excellent job! They took care of everything in about 2 1/2 hours after I showed them where in the crawl space to place it, where the waterline came in and where we wanted the drinking water faucet installed. My experience with Aqua Clear has been great, from the initial visit to test my water, to the installation of my new system. All the employees I have interacted with have been extremely friendly and helpful. 100% recommend.
I rarely find a company that I feel comfortable leaving a 5 star review for. In all honesty they worked very hard to earn every star. Our water was completely undrinkable. It was also very possibly starting to lead to health issues for not only my wife and I but also our dog.
