Once it was hooked up, it's now a peice of cake to run !!!
Extremely difficult to install, had to redo my entire home network to achieve compatibility. Once it's installed, it's a solid system. Would love to see some improvements in the user interface.
Love the rd but really love iaqualink system. Just need one thing changed.... stop making it so difficult to use other products other than yours. Stop being so proprietary with products manufactured by others.
I never received an instruction manual from the installer. So I had to figure it out mysel. It is not as intuitive as I would like. It took some time to figure how to label the buttons. There is no way to custom label. I am still trying to figure out how to program the pump. It would be nice to have a feature that easily told me if the pump was not working or if the RPM's suddenly changed. That way I would know at a glance if there was something wrong.
Very disappointed with my first I Aqualink, it lasted 13 months! The tech who telephone diagnosed it basically told me Tuff! I have replaced it with the 2.0 version (white case) and all seems ok! I gave the product 5 stars which it deserves but the original one really needs a 1 star for reliability and a 1 star for customer support. Let's hope the new one does not crap out because I willbdgoing to Pentair
