RecommendedArbor oaks is a pet friendly and neighbor friendly place to live. The maintenance staff keeps our community running and cleaner than other apartments I've lived in. Thank you Arbor Oaks for being my home!
Business response:
Raven, thank you so much for being a valued resident of ours and for sharing with us why you have enjoyed your time here. Please let us know if you were to need anything from us going forward. Thanks again! - The Team at Arbor Oaks Apartments
RecommendedMoved here from out of town 5 months ago. I love the massive oak trees, lush greenery, and beautiful pond. So peaceful. The office staff is professional, and will hold delivered packages if you can’t be present. Lots of area for pets, and my dog has met many new friends. Maintenance will repair / replace instead of just putting “band-aids” on the problem. Price is very competitive: I know, I looked at a lot of other complexes. Cheers!
Business response:

RecommendedI've lived here for going on two years (this coming 2021) now with my wife and my roommate. We've been in apartments before and have been burned countless times, but honestly I don't get that from Arbor Oaks. My time with the staff albeit stressful sometimes during the beginning of the pandemic, way before that it was completely professional and chill. If I had an issue I would make a request and they'd either get it fixed that day or the next, so very fast and competent workers; absolutely. Their staff are friendly and pa... read more
