RecommendedI would like to give a 5 star review because I know first hand how much this community has changed in the last year. I have seen the employees here from dusk until dawn working. They are friendly and I even see the ladies in the office out on the cart picking up trash some days. I know that there are areas that need repair or may not have been addressed yet, but it seems to me the staff works very hard to make this property better.
Your maintenance guy needs to be fired for his actions against a MINOR!! Also the sister of the minor lives at this property and they try to scare her by eviction if they dont shut up about the incident!! Not a place i would want to live !! Diff not a family friendly place !!

The most horrible place to live! If you are looking to rent right now, don’t look here! The air conditioner breaks? Can’t fix it. Ants? Can’t bring in pest control cause of COVID supposedly. Garbage disposal breaks? Can’t fix that either! Why you ask?? Cause of COVID supposedly.

its alright. lived here for a year, moving to a different place. alot has changed at this place and most of it was for the better....The couple things that i didnt like are that the hot tub hasnt worked for a straight 8-9 months and the apartments arent exactly worth what they are asking for them. overall i rated it a 3 due to my experiences here.
