We have had our children seen at Pediatric Medical Associates for 4 years now. I travel further now just to have them be seen by the Doctors and Nurse there because they are the BEST DOCTORS, not just because a Magazine says so. THEY ARE GREAT DOCTORS! There aren't many providers that will go above and beyond like theirs do. They truely care for my children as if they are family. Pediatric medical specialists had been bought out by arbor pediatrics. It is not the same. The wisdom and warmth are no longer there. The doctors have retired and the new don't compare.

Worst customer service Doctors don't know what they are doing you have to repeat yourself obviously they are not inputting the last visit. No follow up. No one ever answers the phone I had to call 17 times to schedule my child 1 week appt. Ridiculous if I could give a 0 star I would. It's unfortunate. I was referred to this place and the docto retired so I had no choice but to get another doctor. And this experience for my first child no bueno I did find another place an they are 5 stars

This arbor Pediatrics bought out my old phoenix pediatric units and now I feel as if these offices are scrambled. I changed locations to this location since they were bought out bc all my kids are already in the system and I've been coming here for 9 years but this place is unorganized and really sloppy. I waited in my room for 40 mins after I was seen by the doctor waiting for my 2 months shots and no one even noticed. Usually a five star! I have been coming here since I was a kid ! Love alllllllllll the doctors they are so overly through , if that makes sense haha . Not a fan of Dr. Bartlett , I am a RN and want a critical thinker and to rule out all the bad not just assume . I was told my kidddo is "not that sick " and let me know / it's a concern when you cannot awake or arouse my child ... no thanks trying to prevent that . You spend longer in the waiting room and than being seen by an actual doctor. Their check-in process is ridiculous and you have to check in on your phone instead of walking up and talking to a human being. You never see the same doctor. Overall wasted so much time at this pediatrician clinic. Very happy I left.

Dr. Seitter is rude to his staff and his patients. I called the office to let them know I would be a little late due to work and traffic and they said as long as I was here in 15 min they could make it work. I arrived right at the 15 min mark and his office staff asked him and he flat out said no. Kind of ironic when he made us wait 45 min to be seen last time and watched him yell at a staff member. She was crying when administering shots to my son.

See attachments I've had nothing but terrible experiences with rude, cold, and callus nurses and doctors since Rachel the PA left years ago. After our final visit, I took to Google reviews to warn other mothers especially first time mothers to stay clear from a pediatrician who can not even call you or your children by their name and do not provide any sort of comfortability or reassurance as a mother. The people who were worth coming to this practice are long gone. NO one is personal. NO one is friendly or tries to make your kids feel at ease especially Dr Iorio. They rush you in and out without even saying hello. I've waited on hold multiple times from 10-20 minutes to make an appointment just to be told there are none. Ive called and left voicemails that haven't been answered til the end of the day. I've been told I'm better off going to urgent care and made felt like sick kids are my fault.
