My Mother moved in to this facility several months ago. I have found the nursing staff for the most part to be caring and knowledgeable. My problem is with the dining and administration. I have complained many times about the quality of the food as well as the service times. I understand that this is an institution therefore it will be institutional food. The brochure looks nice, the salespeople trained. Reality is the staff is under resourced and unqualified. My dad waits an hour for each cold, poorly cooked meal.
