Although they did a great job trimming my trees, they showed up way earlier than what was agreed on. I'm unsure on if they tried to contact me to see if it was ok, but since they didn't get confirmation they showed up anyway. The only person that was home was my son who had to end up paying the bill, instead of billing us so we could send a check. This resulted in an additional charge for the processing, which i get. Provided a competitive bid and followed up by doing an excellent job trimming my out of control river birch. They worked around my busy schedule and followed up when promised. Very professional and friendly.
