Arborman did an excellent job in cleaning up all the branches and leaves after the trimming was complete. They really took the time to do a fantastic job. Now I know how my 'tree guys' are from now on.
The individuals I worked with were professional , polite, friendly and knowledgeable from the person who answered the phone (Jessica) to the person who gave the quote (Curt). I was especially impressed with the person who cut the tree, and removed the brush. He confirmed the job, making sure he knew exactly what I wanted done BEFORE he started work and cleaned up the yard before he left. Sorry, I don't have his name but the invoice number is 2470 and the date was July 5th.
One time and professional
They seem to really know their stuff and did an excellent job. They cleaned up well afterwards also. I did have a bit of a scheduling issue with them. The first bid appointment had to be rescheduled and then they were unable to come the first day we were scheduled due to a mechanical failure. Rescheduled for a Saturday but they never came. Called them and it turns out I had never been placed on their schedule that day. Curtis, the owner, came out himself on Saturday evening and did the work. Everyone was very friendly and they did a thorougher cleanup. Would definitely hire again.
I had to call to reschedule because they just didn"t show or call. Efficient when they came. Removed dead shrubs and replaced them. Very satisfied with that part. Trimmed trees and shrubs. Needed them to return to complete the project. They trimmed the tops of the shrubs but left the bottoms untouched. First time I have hired anyone for this type work. Might have had unrealistic expectations. The shrubs were shaped but dead branches in them not touched.
They were above and beyond what we expected.
