RecommendedI wish I've read reviews before spending thousands of dollars at this company. Received dinning room table, totally wrong color than we ordered. No one replying g to emails or answering phone!!!

I just rented a truck and drove close to 100 miles round trip to purchase a display sofa and chair that the sales girl said was available, over 2000 in merchandise and was going to hold for me , 5 minutes away she called to say I could look at it and purchase it but would need to leave over the weekend so they wouldn't have a vacant spot on sales floor! really... so not only was I out the 200 for the truck but the time and aggravation ,unbelievable I will never shop her again!

ARHAUS DOES NOT APPEAR TO CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!!! I PURCHASED A BED FROM ARHAUS LOFT, WE WERE DOING SOME RENOVATIONS AND I DIDN'T UNWRAP THE PACKAGING UNTIL A FEW MONTHS LATER. I LATER FOUND THE BED WAS MISSING THE SLATES. I REACHED OUT TO NUMEROUS MANAGERS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH LITTLE TO NO RESPONSE!! I ordered a custom bench to be used as a coffee table. A 30” ottoman size arrived instead. I’ve been calling once per week for 3 months trying to get ahold of a manager at the store. I have yet to receive a returned phone call. I definitely would think twice about purchasing from this location since you won’t get any service if there’s a problem.
