After waiting 10 weeks for a bed we ordered, the wrong size was delivered. The delivery guys damaged our walls and floor, customer service at the store was entirely unresponsive and the best solution the corporate team came up with was wait 4 more weeks for them to "make" the right size. We had a terrible experience. Bought 2 light fixtures, which we never opened. They won't accept a return after 30 days (we were at 45). Not even a partial refund for unopened merchandise. Reading all these terrible reviews here (and on Yelp) makes me regret buying from them. Clearly we won't be coming back. I've never shopped with a merchant who was so unwilling to find a way to help a customer. We've been telling our local design friends (1 architect and 2 designers) to warn their clients.
Overpriced crap! If you enjoy listening to gay "manager" talking about their husbands and what they have in their homes, go for it!
Worst customer service experience ever!! Purchased a special order item on 11/08/2015 and I'm still following up in Feb. to find out its whereabouts! They will not receive any future business unless they improve their customer experience!
Do NOT buy furniture from this company! I bought a dining room table set on 12/31 and am still waiting for my purchase to be delivered. We have tried 2 separate delivery attempts, however, they did not show up the first attempt and on the second they were missing half our order! Customer service is disconnected and there are a lack of systems in place! The services and delivery system do not match the price of the product. You are better off buying from Target or Value City. I had a horrible experience with this company... After having spent tend of thousands of dollars on furniture there ...when I finally decided to use their " no worry" warranty it turns out that they do not stand behind their products or warranties ... I was denied the warranty service because I didn't call in the damage within the 30 days ...it was 45 days... So because of this I am S.O.L. ... I will never buy from them again ...
