While the purchase of a buffet was fine, and I loved the piece, one of the shelves collapsed crashing down on my China and crystal. They were kind enough to offer to replace the buffet for me however when the new piece was delivered it was damaged. Another new piece was supposed to be delivered in two weeks between 7 and 9 AM. However delivery was not made by 930 so I placed a call to customer service. it appears the delivery time had changed to late in the afternoon, and no one bothered to tell me.
