After purchasing well over $12K of furniture, very disappointing customer experience resulting in no furniture protection plan that customer initially requested. This long time Arhaus customer will never shop there again nor recommend Arhaus to family, friends and associates. Frustrating and disappointing!
Purchased a quite expensive set of table and chairs for my office. After 5 months, the springs broke on one of the chairs. No warranty because it was used in an 'office'/commercial setting. No kids, just adults sitting around a table. Arhaus has some very pretty things. But the quality doesn't have much to be desired. Very disappointed.
Purchased a couch and dining set. The finish is flaking off the dining room table and the fabric is pulling from the seams of the cushions,not to mention the fact that the feathers don’t want to stay in the cushions. Tried multiple times to have the issue resolved but they are unwilling to fix the problem. Spent a lot of money and this is very disappointing. I SO wish I would've read the reviews of this store prior to wasting $4000 there on a bedroom set. The entire sales process was awful where we were needing to follow up with them and then once we had an issue with delivery, our emails & voicemails wouldn't get returned. Really awful service from Clara and Brandon, wish we would've never entered their doors. Still dealing with the aftermath 6 months after initial order.
You said you would call 24 hours before delivery to set up a time. You didn't. Finally after 8 tonight before I have to call you to find out the delivery scheduled between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. which is not what we agreed. It's now 6 p.m. and there's no scheduled delivery. This place seems more like a Value City Furniture than an upscale furniture store. They have no customer service unless it's time to pay the bill.
The sofas we bought have terrible fabric and only after a year are showing wear patterns. We want to return both, but because the one couch doesn't have the tag they wont take it back. What terrible service. I will never buy from them again and neither should anyone else.
