I have never planned a Wedding in my life, and my very first Venue I went to view was Aristide. It is beautiful, and the Coordinator I met with "Ashley" was very nice and knowledgeable. I had been corresponding with Ashley on a regular basis, until I told her I wanted to do a "Ceremony Only", not a Full Ceremony and Reception. BEWARE!!! My daughter found out her future brother-in-law had metastatic cancer within 2 weeks of putting a deposit down for months from now. They attempted to move the date to allow more time for the family to deal with this crisis, but they refused and she lost the $2000.
I was married at the Aristide location this June and my experience was far from perfect. My wedding coordinator argued with everyone the day of our wedding. She argued with my vendors and was even arguing with me SECONDS from me walking down the Isle. She refused my vendors dinner from our buffet and turned down a few of my guests (including a pregnant guest) from getting a second plate of food. Mind you, we fully paid for this food. Awful. I wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone!!! While wedding planning, my mother was diagnosed with cancer which drastically affected our budget for the event. I ended up needing to cancel my event in order to help pay for her treatment. We gave Aristide OVER 10 MONTHS NOTICE of the cancellation, and they were able to book another event for that day. If you are looking to have a wedding straight out of a fairytale book at Aristide. I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. I had the wedding of my dreams. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL! It is a bit on the pricey side and not very negotiable, but it truly is worth the money. Of all of the venues I looked at in Fort Worth, Dallas, and Mansfield Aristide stood out above everywhere else. Video and pictures turned out incredible.
