April 3, 2021-280 guests. While we had staff tunrover during our 15 months of planning, our final contact (Kaci) was a blessing...organized and responsive. The venue is beautiful. The general housekeeping could be improved. We had to dust common areas. Recent renovations contributed to that. However, there is no one to take care of general housekeeping, even throughout the event. Trash cans were overflowing and empty soap dispensers in the restrooms for example. Don’t get me wrong this venue is absolutely gorgeous and well I’m glad we booked this place for my wedding because of it being so gorgeous I was very very aggravated as a bride because the person I was dealing with for almost a year of my engagement left to a new place and I had to deal with a whole new person two months before my wedding but that being said things they were promised to me did not happen they tried very hard to make my bar selection to what I had been promised it was but it was not fully what I was promised ... read more

The only good thing about this venue is the venue's beauty, however the service is just terrible. I was also a COVID19 bride and had to reschedule from my original 3/29/20 date and they would only let us choose from summer dates, which were not only miserable due to the 100 degree weather, but COVID19 pandemic would not have passed by summer leaving us with worse pandemic conditions. The venue is gorgeous and the staff was nice and responsive and I was really looking forward to the wedding. Unfortunately, Walters Wedding Estates has a really poor policy around COVID-19 rescheduling. Our original date was April 25th, and around a month before the wedding the state/county went into lockdown and events were not allowed to be held. Upon touring Aristide Mansfield, I fell in love. The grounds were beautiful, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We were presented with their prices and it seemed expensive but worth the saved stress as it is an all-inclusive venue. After having my reception with 250 guests, I would not recommend this venue to any bride hosting a reception for more than 200 people. It has taken me awhile to calm down before I could write an objective letter of warning to anyone thinking of using Hidden Pines Chapel or any of Walters Wedding Estate venues. They truly care only about getting your money and nothing of customer service or fulfilling a couples wedding. My son and his fiancé saw the Hidden Pines venue and put down a deposit for a February 2018 wedding date in January of 2017. My Fiancé & I had the worst experience at this venue, read all the bad review before you look at the good ones! They are holding our deposit! They aren’t willing to work with you when you are willing to work with them. We are business owners ourself and WE DO NOT DEAL WITH PEOPLE the way they deal with their customers. They will do anything to get money out of you! FIND ANOTHER VENUE.

Don’t have you event here! They will lie to your face and act nice but really all they want is to suck any penny out of you. FOR sure will never deal with this company ever again. I’ll make sure no one I know books this. My friend had a terrible experience and now so am I! Stay away. They are going to respond back and say that She wanted to cancel but that was the only choice they gave her, after the choice of wasting her money on useless options like adding hours which the whole point was to take off. Just like many, the first thing I did was read reviews and visit this venue. BUT PLEASE BE WARNED! DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE. They are not willing to work with you nor even try to communicate correctly. There is no communication between the staff. I booked this venue so excited and happy to have my wedding there but I WAS SO WRONG! AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT, everyone took back every word they told me. THEIR contact is so strict and unreasonable.
