I have so much to say about this place but will keep it brief. Overall it was the best decision I made regarding my wedding (outside of my groom...lol) Appearance: This place is amazing. My wedding was in May 2026. The venue itself is beautiful. The staff and vendors were horrible. The planning process was so stressful and I cried a lot through it. I felt very uncared for and there was definitely a communication problem. A lot of things are revealed after you sign the contract. For example, you don’t get to keep any leftover food from the buffet YOU pay for. Instead, the staff served the smallest portion possible to my guests and then took all the leftovers for themselves. Although, my wedding was BEAUTIFUL on 2/22/25. I truly think it’s bc I mainly used outside vendors. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this venue. Solely on the fact that the venue’s coordinator Kait is AWFUL. She takes no accountability. She blamed everything that went wrong on her poor assistant Emily. Management here is also terrible (Chris) on how they handle things and or the lack there of, actually. Couldn't fit the full review here but here is the last portion of one I wrote on Wedding Wire. Thus, began the very final part of this nightmare. We once again asked them for a refund. But not for the date, not for the cancelled wedding, but for all the items we paid for that were NEVER provided. We asked for a refund on drinks, which as far as we know, were not ordered or bought. Yes, a beautiful venue! Can't deny that ours looked like a fairytale wedding. Robin on the sales team was helpful, sweet, and had a great memory of everything we discussed. Food was delicious. There is a food and beverage minimum to meet, but with the prices, that won't be too difficult. Unfortunately, we were EXTREMELY disappointed with other staff. Good things: This is a beautiful building and a really great investment for an "all-inclusive" style venue. The food was delicious, my guests raved about it. We used the smaller ballroom of the two for just under 100 guests and it was more than enough room. "Meh" things: One of the bummers is the lighting- while Colleyville's lights are warm bulbs, all the McKinney lights are fluorescent.
