My son and his lovely wife chose piazza on the green for their special day I came from India and met with Kelly just a couple of weeks before the wedding From the minute we met she was warm and friendly but completely professional. She went over every little detail and at the end of the meeting I came away relaxed and happy . The venue is beautiful, but I wish I would have looked around more before settling with the Piazza. It gets expensive very fast. The staff was nice. Rehearsal seemed chaotic due to employees training. The food was really good, but they don’t let you take the left overs you PAID for. Definitely was a thumbs down for my husband and I. It is a lovely place to tie the knot, but if I could do it over again I probably would have picked other locations in Frisco. Some of the terms in their contract are ridiculous.
I would like to take a moment to give a Star Rating. The Piazza On The Green, in McKinney, TX is the most spectacular venue in the State of Texas. When you drive up, you think you are entering a Tuscany villa. When I started looking at venues for my November wedding, I had a list of seven. We can't say enough great things about this beautiful venue! Our daughter's wedding was on 10/20/18 and everything was exceptional from the beginning of the planning process through the bride and groom's last dance. Sheri Lowry, our wedding coordinator, was a true God send as she kept all of us on track and organized the entire time. She was a true joy to work with! This venue was amazing! Our daughter was married here last weekend. It was simply a fairytale. It was calm, organized to the minute, stunning. The staff was over the top wonderful. Sheri Lowry was our in site coordinator. We had literally prayed about who we would be assigned as our coordinator, and we were so blessed. Sheri was calm, gentle, organized, clearly in charge, detail oriented to the minute. It was simply perfect!
I don’t even know where to begin about the venue and the people! They were all so amazing! From the very first meeting with Lorena till meeting with our wedding g coordinator (Sheila), we felt so much love! It was like we were all a big family! Thank you for making this a fairy tale wedding from the begin till the end! We love you guys and LOVE the venue!!
We cannot say enough great things about the Piazza!! We initially went for our tour it was breathtakingly beautiful, and when we compared costs it came right on par with other venues we had toured in the area. An additional perk was location. The piazza is between several Mckinney, Allen, and Frisco hotels giving guests several options to stay. I only have great things to say about this venue. My husband and I had visited many venues all around the DFW area but when we toured Piazza on the Green, we knew this was the place for us. From the beginning, the Sales Director, Robin Steyn was super helpful. She was very patient and quick at responding to emails. The ceremony area was absolutely beautiful with the huge chandeliers.
