RecommendedSo far, so good! The grounds are beautiful with old oaks, wildlife is abundant, 3 mirrored lakes, amentites, good amount of people in the 30's-40's, office and maintaince staff is incredible! Love the screened lanai, nice place to walk the dog, easy access to downtown, 75, good mid point for work travel. Met nice people, dog loves it! Would recommend!

I absolutely recommend this apartment complex, I have been living here with my husband alittle over 3 years and is definitely a place I recommend. Since I've lived here, I've had two friends move in to other apartments within the complex. Tony in the office is always attentive and is always looking for ways to better our experience. When we had an issue within our complex, Tony and the maintenance team were there within the hour to make sure our problem was fixed. I have lived at Herons Run for 2 years now and I absolutely love it! All my maintenance requests have been finished in about 24 hours not to mention the location is perfect for me! If I ever have a problem or question Tony in the office always takes care of it. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about his profession. I have been living at Heron's Run for almost a year and it has been a wonderful experience. Service requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. The grounds and facilities are maintained regularly. They often have Domino's come out and serve pizza (I've never seen this happen anywhere else) They've recently painted all of the buildings and installed new screens for all of the patios. They've also implemented an Amazon Locker which makes getting packages 1,000,000,000 times easier and more convenient. In spite of all of thi... read more
