This used to be a great apartment complex. Now, everything is run down and the rents have been hiked up between 20-30% with nothing to offer for this. They took two years to fix the hot tub, but the tennis courts are a distant memory. The benches throughout the property have rotted away and the buildings themselves look run down. Living at Heron’s run has been the worst Apartment living experience. We spent three months during the summer without AC. Maintenance request for leaking faucets never answered. Our electricity bill and water bill skyrocketed when all these maintenance request were not for filled. Staff is dishonest and uneducated. The maintenance team is a revolving door of ex-cons and drug addicts no Employees last for more than two weeks. And their management team is worse than their maintenance team. Although I absolutely loved my apartment with it's leaking window and need for some looking in to some problems due to flooding from upper floors, and adoring Cindy, Bainbridge, as a whole, the upper and mid management, and maintenance staff are less than attentive to the tenants and are quick to meet with you and try to talk circles around you until you feel that you are in the wrong. After living here for a year, I have to revise my review. While everything below (in the original review) is true, the management and maintenance staff make living here a living nightmare. Cindi in the office is amazing. She puts her heart and soul into taking care of residents, and I really miss some of my neighbors now that we've moved away, but unfortunately the grounds and structures are neglected and poorly patched.
