The journey from beginning to end was good and when their was a glitch one of the owners came to see us and took care of it immediately. Great company to work with. The value can not be beat.
Setting up the work was quick and easy, and the work was high quality. There was a slight miscommunication regarding a small part of the job, which led to having to revise contracts (which in turn led to some phone and email tag for a few days), but over all the process was very positive.
I was very happy with the service that we received. The quality of the work was excellent!
Jason and Matthew were great. They were supposed to be at the house between 3 and 5pm, they got there at 2! ( that was our original time) Matt did the work and thoroughly explained everything with the pictures he took. They made some recommendations and left a detailed write up. You can bet we'll be calling them back when we are ready to move forward.
The work was done under windy, cold conditions but it was finished quickly, and all trash was pivoted-up! Very impressive.
Arocon did an excellent job of diagnosing the roofing problem. They ended up have a rubber membrane room installed on my 2/12 pitched roof between the old house and addition. No more leaking. They spent long days and did a thorough job of welding the membrane.
100% satisfied with the work done and would not hesitate to hire them again. Felt they did great work for the price they charged.
We just had an awesome experience with Mark Bruno of Arocon Roofing! We ordered a Roof Tune-up for our house, and we were very impressed with the work Mark did for us. He called to ask if he could come before our appointment time -- which was great! Once on site, he was very professional and outlined what he did for us. Before the visit, we were impressed with the company's customer service -- they called and e-mailed to confirm our appointment. We would highly recommend Arocon Roofing!
