Very good experience. Workers were timely and professional. Office staff worked with our tight schedule and got the job done on time. Overall, very good experience, would recommend and use again.
I needed a roof certification for the sale of my home, and AROCON did a good job. their front office customer service was great. The rep that came to the home and did the quote was fantastic. We did get some work done on the home to complete the roof inspection. The only thing I would have liked is that the workers knock on the door to let us know they were starting and leaving. They were motivated, though. and when i had an issue, they sent out a team and met my expectations.
I asked for a roofing inspection to see how much life is left in it before I can expect to have to replace it. The rep from AROCON did not try to sell me more than I wanted or needed. He even took pictures to show what and why he recommended the work. I felt understood and cooperated with.
Quality meeting to discuss estimates; answered all questions, and really cared about my concerns for new roof. Provided personal service, which one doesn't see much today. Roof installation scheduled around my schedule. Provided multiple colors of new shingles. Very pleased.

The project was top notch from the estimator, Larry, to the job supervisor, Rick. The crew showed up on time as promised and completed the job in one day. Rick took the time to explain to my wife everything that was going to take place. Upon completion of the job cleanup was so complete you would not know there was any work perform on the site.
Very professional from the moment they came out to do the estimate (stayed onsite and provided it same day), to staying in contact for scheduling, to the expert install and final wrap up of our opinion of the work. I would use them again for future projects and recommend you do the same. Their process makes it near impossible for them to let you down.
