Our timeline was originally September 2 for the closing date. When we asked if we could move it forward we were given the date August 15th from the lender. There were several miscommunications and the August 15th date became impossible and was shifted to August 19. Between the lender and the lawyer, there were clear unprofessional communications taking place. We didn't end up getting the keys until the following day the 20th. There were delays from the Seller in providing evidence that judgements and liens had been properly satisfied.
