I’m very satisfied with my procedure. I was told that I don’t have to come back until after five years. When I do I pray that I have the same experience.
Everyone was supper nice. Warm gown and blanket was nice

The waiting to be called back and set up for the procedure was very good. Dr Poch and his team did an exceptional job in a doing the procedure in a timely manner. I certainly recommend him and their clinic .

I have used Dr. Poch for years. I am always very pleased with his care. His nurse always calls back in a timely manner…she is excellent. And his NP is very knowledgeable and thorough. In fact, I see her most of the time. I recently had a procedure and can’t say enough about the entire staff…..they are simply the best.

This was my first colonoscopy and it was a great experience from the front desk through the discharge nurse. IV was accurate and quickly accomplished. Anesthesiologist was a pleasure, comforting, patient while answering questions, wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Poch was friendly, approachable, very informative regarding findings, explained and answered questions patiently, knowledgeable, and a fine doctor. I would highly recommend!
Be careful that you don't say anything his nurse doesn't like because she will have the Dr drop you out of retaliation. Doesn't matter how nice and courteous you are she will make it seem like you were out of line, rude and being a difficult patient. I was left without a gastrologist because they blackballed me at the Dr. that they referred me out to and the new Dr cancelled my appointment and wouldn't see me without a new referral. CRAZY
