This is a rating for prescription knowledge. I requested a prescription for Linzess ONLY if a generic was now available. Poch says it is available in generic. No it is not. I asked CVS to discard prescription as insurance doesn’t cover.
I’ve always had great experiences with Dr Poch though at least three previous colonoscopies. The prep worked fully and he was so nice. Well something with me has changed and last week’s prep didn’t work out so well. Now he was not nice and I’m a liar per him. He could take into consideration the fact this was 1 of 4, not a pattern! Not returning!
Herding cattle! soon as you wake up they’re ready for you to get out of there! Not even 10 minutes to gather your thoughts maybe they should have a drive-through. And the doctor’s nurses oh my, And don’t dare call, The one nurse thinks she’s a doctor
& I quote what he said " if u want to waste your money, your time and my time, then I'll run your tests again. But the results will be the same." This was after I went to see him after having delt with issues my entire life. He was my second opinion & this is what I got. He is rude, & obnoxious. Blamed my symptoms on gallbladder bile, just FYI I don't have a gallbladder.
Very rude with their year for the same problem it never got corrected never got phone calls returned. Didn't really real life they care at all or rather could care less.
It's not so much the doctor, but the office staff and the general culture of the office. The staff is rude. It feels like they are herding cattle. I received a bill for a pregnancy test that I refused (because I was on my period)! Seemed like they were just ordering whatever they could to charge my insurance. When I called to discuss, the person on the phone kept talking over me and wouldn't listen, but claimed I wasn't listening and then hung up on me.
