My name is Karin and I am Very pleased, mouth piece was given to me for my grinding teeth... then had issues with TMJ and they worked hard on getting that in order. Nice staff and no wait time! Dr. Moore is the BEST!!!
Staff does NOT answer phone and do NOT return messages left. I was told they take original Medicare before making initial appointment. I went in. They made a follow up appoingment 5 months later to do a mold to replace my broken Mandibular Advancement Device for sleep apnea. When I arrived, I was told my 2nd appointment was cancelled, but there was no email and no phone call on my cell phone. I asked for Dr. Moore. Any time I’ve tried to call, I have not gotten a response. Then I call their main offices, and they are mad I didn’t call direct line. I’ve called for a week straight and gotten no response. Elizabeth especially is rude, unfriendly, and is entirely unhelpful. She has no regard for patient care and honestly should not be working in this field. Prescribed Xanax to treat my TMJ and told me to chew gum. Waste of time and money.
Lauren does not answer her phone - taking by business elsewhere.
Waisted several months and lots of money. I went for facial/mouth pain which he diagnosed within 5 min and had me pay for expensive splint. After 3mos with no help he just said don’t wear if doesn’t help. He was more interested in treating lupus with tons of supplements. They didn’t help either.
Was referred to Dr. Moore by my regular Dentist. Needless to say he was a waste of time and money! Wanted to prescribe prescription drugs to solve my pain, yet he just met me. I got a second opinion and my new doctor is much more caring and understanding. And yes we are managing my pain without the prescription drug.
Very difficult to get through to the scheduler Lauren. Made appointment based on the ratings here. 1st appointment medical assistant made mold for splint after Dr. Moore popped in and determined that was needed for tmj. 2nd appointment only saw medical assistant to receive splint. No instructions given. Told don't need follow up appointment. Very surprised how little time the dentist spent based on the other reviews. Had looked forward to better and more complete care but didn't find it here.
