Staff were all respectful and kind. I did not have to wait and the nurse listened and asked all the right questions to get a history. It does help to answer what you can on line before you go. I was not prepared for how kind Dr Sizemore was. He validated my pain and concerns about my family history. He listened. And lab tech was great-I barely felt the needle when lab was drawn and no bruising later. Would give them all a 10 if I could.

Personally felt unheard and that the NP thought I was just making up diagnosis. I am considering looking for a new doctor. This is the second rheumatologists that has put my concerns on the back burner.
