I hired Artisan to replace my cedar shakes with vinyl siding. The final product turned out great even though there were issues along the way. Andrew and the crew went the extra mile to resolve issues that arose with the electrical, uneven wall sheathing and especially the furnace power vent coming out of the wall. They addressed all of my concerns and threw in extras when needed. Very happy with the roofing job they did for my home. Workers were professional and the yard was well kept during the process. I would recommend them based on the work they did for me and also because their price was fair and reasonable. (I shopped around.)
Excellent job of replacing my roof. Looks great and was done efficiently. Attention to detail before, during and after the work was evident. Highly recommended. Price was very good too. Homeowners looking to replace their roofs should include this company in their bid process.
The management part of the job was unacceptable as I had requested advanced notice of the date for the roof repair so that I could take a vacation day to be at my home to furnish any electric hook ups they may be need for the crew. Instead, I was informed 18 hours prior to the job that the crew would be there the next day. I would have said no, however my roof was leaking and due to inclement weather, I had no choice.
