The management part of the job was unacceptable as I had requested advanced notice of the date for the roof repair so that I could take a vacation day to be at my home to furnish any electric hook ups they may be need for the crew. Artisan Building & Remodeling is an outstanding company to rely on when updating your home. Our home was recently remodeled to perfection. Promises made were promises kept including every aspect of the job. High standards were represented in customer service which included outlining all steps of the project, excellent workmanship/materials, and a variety of options were offered to customize your choices. Very professional and the cost was appropriate. Cleaned up after themselves and completed everything just like they said they would. There were some minor delays but they were upfront with it explained why and kept me informed all along the way. It was a pleasure working with them. The work was great couldn't be happier. The only reason for not working with them again is because the quality and lifetime of the roof will be longer than I am here. if I have another project that they can do I will definitely have them in mind.
Great customer service and product. Mike G***** was really a nice guy, and knowledgeable of the products. No pressure sales on our initial meet.
RJ kept in contact with us about the roof He was on time for all meetings and very professional. He answered all our questions in a timely manner The crew that did our roof was on time and worked clean and fast. Done in less then one day. Would recommend him and the company Thanks again
Very professional. Starting right from the jump...RJ showed up on time for the quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The crew came one morning @ 7, stripped 3 layers of asphalt,1 layer of shake, sheathed it, taped it, weather bonded, wrapped it, shingled it (10+sq), cleaned up and were gone by 7pm...really looks nice and clean. Oh ya...next morning..new gutters in less than an hour...shazam!! Done.
